Good Faith Estimate for Services
Centre Chiropractic, PC believes in clear and honest pricing for every client, and this page provides legal information on that topic. Under the No Surprises Act, uninsured or “self-pay” clients can receive a Good Faith Estimate, or GFE. This estimate explains the expected costs for exams, adjustments, and other chiropractic services.
To get started, please email or call us with your contact details and requested services. After that, we will send you a written GFE within one to three business days. In that estimate, you will see typical services and their expected costs. Please remember, your actual fees may change depending on your treatment plan. Because of this, the estimate is not a contract and may adjust as clinical needs change.
-
- You have the right to get a Good Faith Estimate for any non-emergency care. In addition, this includes related costs such as X-rays, tests, or medical equipment.
 - Whenever needed, patients may ask any healthcare provider for a GFE before scheduling care. By law, providers must give it in writing at least one business day before your visit.
 - If it turns out your final bill is $400 or more above your GFE, you may dispute the charge.
 - To protect yourself, keep a copy or photo of your estimate.
 - For more details, visit the official website for information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate: www.cms.gov/nosurprises
